A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Tim Wood has built a reputation as one of Carmel Valley’s most respected chefs, known for his passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and his commitment to delivering exceptional dishes for his guests. Now locals and visitors can experience Chef Wood’s talents at his three locations:
- Woody’s at the Airport – Located at the Monterey Regional Airport, offering travelers and locals a welcoming spot for elevated comfort food and fresh, flavorful dishes.
- Woody’s at Del Mesa – A hidden gem in Carmel Valley, providing a cozy yet refined dining experience with a menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients. Off the beaten path and a place the locals go, come visit us at Del Mesa.
- Woody’s at Carmel Valley Athletic Club – Chef Wood’s newest venture, bringing his signature touch to the breathtaking CVAC, also in Carmel Valley.
