Membership Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with your membership agreement, cancellations are accepted after your initial 12-month contract has been completed.

We require a 30-day written notice, and submitting this form fulfills that requirement. The notice period will begin on the first day of your next billing cycle following this submission.

Our Membership Director, Jeff, will review your request and send an email to confirm that your cancellation has been processed. You can expect this confirmation within two business days.

Your membership and club access will remain active during the final 30-day notice period.

Power Has Been Restored (3/11)

We’re excited to share that power has been restored! All areas of CVAC are now fully operational, with the exception of the pool, which will take several hours to return to temperature.
