Training as a pro athlete, the CVAC offers everything I need from a clean pool with open lanes and cardio / strength equipment, to relaxation and recovery. Tod L. "George and I moved here in June of 2017 and we didn't know a soul. In June of 2018, we still didn't know anyone. The second we joined here we got talked in to playing tennis and made all these tennis friends. Then I started Pilates classes and now I have a group of women who I love seeing every day. It feels good to have this community of people who look out for us and our wellbeing. It's made us feel like we really belong in this area. We were considering moving to Santa Cruz when our lease was up and CVAC is the reason we are not moving. I know I sound like I am tooting your horn, but it's true."

"I've been a member since I moved to area with my family 6 years ago….joining a nice family club was top on our list after finding a home. We love the community feel and the all-inclusive feel of our visits. Routinely, we use not only the fitness facilities, but also the pool, Kids Club, Café and occasionally we get to enjoy Refuge and even get a haircut! Our favorite part of our CVAC experience is truly meeting all the wonderful employees and members over the past 6 years!"

Friendly members, staff and environment. Top of the line equipment. Thoughtful and functional layout. Omar is an excellent personal trainer. CVAC was a huge stepping stone in the right direction and the hot yoga classes were like going to church, leaving me with a mind, body, and soul workout. "Looking for a place to work out in Carmel Valley a year and a half ago, my girlfriend, Suzi, and I found much more-- a unique, friendly and vibrant community, tucked away behind Quail Lodge Golf Club. I'm a very social animal so CVAC is the perfect place for me to be. I play 2-3 sets of tennis with the “Early Birds” at 8:15 AM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, “rain or shine.” I'm so glad Suzi and I wandered into CVAC a year and a half ago. It's a community that has become a very important part of my life."

"I have been a member for two years and LOVE this club! My tennis instructor Tisha is such a fabulous person and teacher. The club has finished their Pilates studio and it is amazing. All of the Pilates teachers are great but Kelly is amazing! She is ballet trained and is a brilliant teacher as well as being a wonderful person. I have not come across one staff member at CVAC that hasn't been helpful and pleasant. The club is beautiful, maintained impeccably, up to date equipment, fabulous pool, yummy cafe, and plenty of group classes at all hours to choose from......also it is located in such a gorgeous location. I will be a lifetime member, what a fabulous club :)"

"It's not only a health club, it's a resort. Great cardio machines, weights, classes galore (Bodypump, HIIT, yoga, spin, body combat, etc.), a pool, great food and a gathering place for friends. Wouldn't be anywhere else for my daily workout!”"
